 Booking,
                      Payment, and Cancellation Policy:

                  Payment terms:  A non-refundable
                  20% deposit, by Visa or Mastercard, is required upon booking,
                  to hold a reservation. Balances will be charged 60-90 days
                  before arrival, depending on the season -- e.g., 90 days for
                  all holiday and other peak-season bookings. The full amount
                  due will be charged when arrival is within 45 days. All charge
                  transactions will be confirmed within 24 hours, by email; guests
                  are asked to confirm receipt of these emails. Reservations
                  by phone will be accepted, when followed by this authorization
                  form. A 9% government room tax is charged on all bookings,
                  to be paid upon arrival, with cash or traveler's checks. There
                  is no additional service charge. 
                
 Cancellations: If
                    a personal or medical emergency, independently documented
                    or verified in writing by a medical provider, causes a trip
                    cancellation, and no trip cancellation insurance exists (strongly
                    recommended), White Sands Cove will provide a "credit" toward
                    an alternate stay, for the same number of nights, during
                    off-peak season, at a time agreeable to both the guest and
                    White Sands Cove. A $100 rebooking fee will be charged to
                    cover administrative expenses. Refunds for non-emergency
                    cancellations, less the non-refundable 20% deposit and a
                    $100 administrative fee, will be made only if the guest provides
                    60-days' written notice and White Sands Cove is able to rent
              that same accommodation, for the same dates, to others.
